Description

Biological methanation uses microorganisms in their natural forms, and no rare material, to turn H2 and CO2 into e-methane. The technology itself its 100% green.

Our biological methanation solutions require minimum pre-treatments compared to more traditional technologies and generate e-methane thanks to controlled biological reactions.

The biology for this process is developed by MicroPyros BioEnerTec GmbH™, part of Pietro Fiorentini Group.

MicroPyros’ biological heritage also covers the area of carbon monoxide (CO) methanation.

Biomethanation through microorganisms
