Once again Pietro Fiorentini is among the Best Managed Companies of Italy
05 October 2022 - CorporateFor the second consecutive year, Pietro Fiorentini has received the Best Managed Companies Award, a recognition for entrepreneurial excellence promoted by Deloitte Private and supported by ALTIS Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, ELITE-Gruppo Euronext – the ecosystem that helps small and medium-sized enterprises to grow and access private and public capital markets – and Confindustria Piccola Industria.
The 79 winners of the fifth edition of the Best Managed Companies Award were identified analysing seven criteria:
- strategy;
- skills and innovation
- commitment and corporate culture;
- governance and performance measurement;
- sustainability
- supply chain;
- internationalisation.
A jury of experts formed by Fabio Antoldi, Professor of Business Strategy at ALTIS Università Cattolica, Renato Goretta, member of the National Presidential Council of Piccola Industria Confindustria and Marta Testi, CEO of Elite-Gruppo Euronext, selected the winners to reward companies that have demonstrated the ability to react and innovate, maintaining standards of excellence even in a complex global scenario.
Focus on: BMC Award
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Award was established in Canada in 1993 and grew year on year in terms of number of countries involved. Through the analysis of critical success factors identified by Deloitte and a selection methodology that has been developed for more than 25 years at an international level, the objective of this initiative is not only to collect best practices that serve as an example for all other companies, but also to create a process of stimulus and support dedicated to the Best Managed Companies themselves for their continuous improvement. www2.deloitte.com
