The programme will include two more weeks of lessons and a virtual community always active until the end of the course, when the participants will elaborate their project works on topics related to energy transition, Lean & Agile Management and sustainability.
The first lessons were dedicated to the analysis of the context, with sessions on current topics such as climate change, sustainability, digital transformation, and a focus on Sustain-ability to change, the 2020 Sustainability Report published by Pietro Fiorentini to describe the company’s commitment to environmental protection, social development and governance transparency.

The subject of the tours was the production areas where the Kaizen Team illustrated how our company approaches topics such as product and process development, quality improvement, leader manager standards and material management.
The next themes of the C-Lean Energy Academy will be smart grids, renewable energies such as hydrogen, power-to-gas and biomethane, management, innovation and personnel development methods, to complete a course that aims to develop professional skills fundamental for new professionals who want to contribute to build the future of energy in terms of sustainability.
