CO₂ capturing is a solution meant to intercept carbon dioxide emissions from various emitting sources (such as industrial processes) and prevent their release into the atmosphere. This family of technologies helps mitigate greenhouse gas emissions by avoiding the CO₂ impact on the environment.

The captured CO₂ can then be stored, utilized in various applications (for example food & beverage industry) or converted into valuable products, like e-fuels.
