How to use it

Install and register

Search your smartphone store for the PFScan app and follow the installation instructions. Enter the required registration data and we will send you an email to confirm your password.

Log into the app with your credentials, scan the QRCode on the regulator or write the serial number by hand to access all the information you need.

Read

Read all manufacturing data, draw on manuals and configuration tables, consult spare parts kits and accessories for your regulator.

Support and troubleshooting

Here the most common problems and their solutions.

Manuals and spare parts not displayed

Check your smartphone settings, if geolocation is not enabled for the PFScan app, you will not be able to view manuals, technical tables and spare parts for the regulators. Follow the instructions on your smartphone to enable the PFScan app to use geolocation.

Scan fails to recognise the serial

Check the integrity of the framed QRCode. If it is tampered with or partially illegible, proceed with manual insertion of the serial. If the serial number is not recognised, send an anomaly report by e-mail: [email protected]. We will verify the report as soon as possible.

PFScan application runs into error

Send us your error report via the appropriate button, and we will proceed with our team to analyse and resolve it as quickly as possible.
